This website is operated by Kuje Chamber of Commerce Industry Mines and Agriculture Limited by Guarantee (“KCCIMA”, “we”), RC 9644882, Suite F33, 3rd Floor, Melita Plaza, Plot 599, off Gimbia Street, Area 11, Garki, Abuja, FCT, Nigeria. KCCIMA is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

We only collect what you choose to give us through our forms:

• Membership applications: name, email, phone, role, business details, sector, location and service interests.
• Contact, investor and partnership enquiries: name, organisation, contact details and your message.
• Event registrations: name, email, phone, organisation and membership status.
• Newsletter: your email address and consent.

Your membership application progress is stored only in your own browser (session storage) until you submit it or close the tab.

• To assess membership applications and provide member services (performance of a contract).
• To reply to enquiries and arrange meetings, site visits and events (legitimate interests, or steps before a contract).
• To send newsletters and event updates, only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse (legitimate interests).

This website does not set advertising cookies. If we use analytics, we use a privacy-friendly service, or ask for your consent first where the law requires it. The map on our Contact page loads from Google only when you choose to load it.

We use trusted service providers to host this website, send email and store form submissions. They process data only on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. Where a provider is outside Nigeria, we rely on the transfer safeguards permitted by the NDPA.

Form submissions are deleted after 24 months unless you become a member, in which case we keep your details for as long as your membership continues and as required by law.
