The Kuje Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture Limited by Guarantee (KCCIMA) was incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission on 30 June 2026, with registration number RC 9644882.
KCCIMA is an independent, non-profit business membership organisation established under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020. As a company limited by guarantee, it exists not for profit: any income is applied solely to its objectives, in line with its Memorandum of Association.
The chamber’s mission is to promote, protect and advance the interests of businesses through advocacy, strategic partnerships, enterprise development, investment facilitation and quality services that stimulate economic prosperity for Kuje and Nigeria.
It brings together businesses, entrepreneurs, manufacturers, farmers, miners, professionals, cooperatives and investors operating in Kuje Area Council, giving the private sector one organised, credible voice before government, regulators and partners.
Membership is open to businesses of every size, from corporate organisations and SMEs to cooperatives, start-ups and investors. Anyone can verify the chamber’s registration on the Corporate Affairs Commission’s public search.
